Cookies Policy

1) The website of the Academy of Art in Szczecin, here in after referred to as the "Website", does not collect any information by automatic means, with the exception of information contained in s files.

2) Files (so-called "cookies") are computer data, especially text files, which are stored in the terminal equipment of the service user andare intended for use on the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the Site from which they originate, the time of their storage on the terminal and aunique number.

3) The entity placing and accessing cookies on the terminal equipment of the Service User is the Service Operator - Academy of Art in Szczecin, with its registered office at ul. Orła Białego 2.

4) Files are used to

 a) adapt the content of the Service's web pages to the User's preferences and optimize the use of the webpages; in particular, these files make it possible to recognize the Service User's device and display the web page correctly, adapted to the User's individual needs;

 b) the compilation of statisticsthat help to understand the use of the Websites by the Users, which allows for the improvement of their structure and content;

c) maintaining a session of a Website User (after login), thanks to which a User does not have to re-enter his/her login and password on each subpage of the Website;

5) There are two basic types of cookies used within the Service: 'session cookies' and 'persistent cookies'. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's terminal equipment until he/she logs out, leaves the Website or closes the software (web browser). "Persistent" cookies are stored on the User's terminal for the period of time specified in the parameters of the cookies or until they are deleted by the User.

6) The following types of cookies files are used within the Service

a) 'indispensable' s files that enable the use of services available within the Service, e.g. authentication cookies files used for services requiring authentication within the Service, such as authentication files used for services that require authentication within the Service;

b) 'security' cookies, e.g. those used to detect misuse of the Service's authentication;

c) "performance" cookies files, which allow the collection of information on how the pages of the Website are used;

 d) "functional" cookies, which make it possible to "remember" the settings chosen by the User and to personalize the User's interface, e.g. with regard to the chosen language or the User's region of origin, the font size, the appearance of the Site, etc;

7) In many cases, web browsing software (web browser) allows the storage of cookies files by default in the User's terminal equipment. Service Users may change their settings regarding cookies files at any time. In particular, these settings can be changed to block the automatic handling of cookies files in a web browser's settings or to notify the Service User of each placement of cookies files in the Service User's device. 8) The Site Operator in forms you that restrictions on the use of cookies files may affect some of the functionalities available on the Site.

In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, here in after "General Regulation"), the Academy of Fine Arts in Szczecin in forms you that:

1) The controller of your personal data is the Academy of Fine Arts in Szczecin, with its seat at Plac Orła Białego 2, 70-562 Szczecin.

2) Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of contacting you and processing your application submitted using the electronic contact form service, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (Regulation 2016/679), and to the extent that the provision of data is optional, the legal basis for the processing is your consent, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation 2016/679.

3) Your personal data will be disclosed to IT system and IT service providers to entities providing services to the Academy of  Art in Szczecin in connection with the provision of services, such as IT system and IT service providers.

4) Your personal data will be stored for the period of time necessary to answer your request and any further correspondence. The period of processing may be extended by the period of the statute of limitations for claims, if the processing of your personal data is necessary for the establishment or assertion of possible claims or defense against such claims by the Academy of  Art in Szczecin.

5) With respect to data processed on the basis of your consent, such consent may be with drawn at any time. With drawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to its withdrawal. For the purpose of proof, the Academy of  Art in Szczecin requests the withdrawal of consent by e-mail or in writing.

6) You have the right: to access the content of your data and to request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to data processing.

7) You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data violatesthe provisions of Regulation 2016/679.

8) The provision of personal data is required by the Academy of FineArts in Szczecin in order to provide the service of providing and operating the electronic contact form, except for personal data marked as optional, the provision of which is voluntary. Failure to provide the personal data required by the sender will result in the impossibility of providing the service.

9) In case of execution of the contract for delivery of our products by the Polish Post Office, your data will be forwarded to the Polish Post Office for the purpose of delivery of the ordered goods.

I agree to receive VAT invoices, duplicate VAT invoices, correction VAT invoices, debit and credit notes and other accounting documents in electronic form in case of ordering goods.
